Strawberry Freezer Jam

Keep the Taste of Summer alive with this quick and easy freezer jam recipe!

INGREDIENTS

2 cups fresh, crushed strawberry

4 cups sugar

1 package dry pectin (1.75 ounce)

3/4 cup water

DIRECTIONS

Step 1: In a large bowl, mix crushed strawberries with sugar, and let stand for 10 minutes.

Step 2: In a small saucepan, stir the pectin into the water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, and boil for 1 minute. Transfer the boiling water onto the strawberries and stir. Allow to stand for 3 minutes before pouring into jars or other storage containers.

Step 3: Place tops on containers. Let sit to cool for 4 hours. Then place in freezer.
